I have owned this scanner for six months now. I have experience with other scanners including Trios and Carestream. The Medit scanner Gozque stand with the big names. The scanned images are good. The ease of communication through the software with zirconio dental the lab is probably my favorite part. Horrible experience - My advice; do not use this company unless you don't care to be overcharged and never be reimbursed by your insurance. The secretaries are rude, not helpful and very incompetent. Not to mention the fact that they tell you that you have to pay upfront and they will submit your claim you file to insurance only at the end of the year (for an obscure reason but it is supposed to help you) never before even if you ask.
